School/Institute Council

Your School/Institute Council is your opportunity as a course rep to share the experiences of your course and your courses’ wider student experience.

Your Council is ran by the Students’ Union and chaired by your School/Institute Representative- it is an open platform for you to speak freely about the experience yourself and your course is having so far in terms of both your academic experience and wider student experience.

Once you have signed up as a Course Rep for your course and completed training, your Students’ Union Student Voice Team will contact you with an invitation to the meeting.

To ensure accessibility for all students, Councils are hosted on virtual platforms to enable engagement- so make sure you keep an eye on your emails for more details!
