Food and Mood 1 of 2

Tuesday 21 November 2017, 11am - noon
SU Boardroom, Students' Union, City Campus

Specific foods directly affect brain chemicals and eating patterns affect blood sugar levels, both of which play a role in mood levels. Evidence suggests that good nutrition is essential for our mental health and that a number of mental health conditions may be influenced by dietary factors.

The Food and Mood two part course explores the relationship between what you eat and how you feel, including tips on how to incorporate healthy eating into your life.
