The University of Wolverhampton Students' Union is aware that students may be in need of additional help and support doing this difficult time. Therefore, we have created the SU Pandemic Fund.
The Pandemic Support Fund is a one-off £50 voucher that students can access to help support them during this difficult time. Please note that no cash payments will be provided through this fund.
There is further support available from the University's Dennis Turner Fund to assist students in need.
To be eligible to make a claim to the fund, you will need to:
Complete the application form below and return it to: email@example.com
Be a current student of the University of Wolverhampton.
Currently have little or no other resources available to you, which means you are in hardship (we can discuss this with you at your appointment).
Attend a virtual advice appointment with an adviser.
Awards of the Pandemic Support Fund will be made on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to one application, per student.
Here at the University of Wolverhampton Students’ Union, we take your privacy seriously and will use the information you have provided in this application only for the following functions:
i) To fulfil the service you have requested from us, i.e. the processing of your application and the payment of funds to you if your application is approved
ii) To gather statistical information which will be used in anonymised format to measure the distribution of the Fund
iii) As this fund has been provided by a third party, we will provide them with anonymised impact information upon request
If your application is successful your information will be kept for six years in line with our legal obligations for retention of financial records. If not, it will immediately be disposed of.
