Full-Time Staff Positions

 

Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator

Salary £23,485 (37 hours per week)
 

We are looking to recruit a new Marketing & Communications Co-ordinator, to join a vibrant and fast paced Communications and Events team. The position plays a key role in the operational delivery of the Union’s marketing communications and leads on the implementation of innovative and relevant campaigns and brand awareness.

Your role will be to:

  • Lead on the development of the operational delivery of the organisations marketing communications activities.
  • Manage and support a team of student staff.
  • Manage the print and digital communication channels.

Events and Marketing Assistant

Salary £16,364 (FTE)

25 hours per week

12 month fixed term contract

The University of Wolverhampton Students’ Union is looking to recruit a new Events and Marketing Assistant, to join a vibrant and fast paced Communications and Events team. The position will play a key role in supporting our student services, ensuring events and activities are planned, delivered and communicated effectively.

Your role will be to:

  • Support the planning and delivery of the organisations activities and events programme.
  • To assist with the operational delivery of the Union’s digital and print marketing channels.
  • Support the affective delivery of weekly scheduled evening events.

Democratic Procedures Advisor

Salary: £18,868 (37 hours per week)

The post holder has a key responsibility in supporting the Students’ Union in meeting its obligation to the Education Act 1994 by providing democratic advice and support on processes and procedures to ensure we operate in a fair and accountable manner.

You will have an understanding of Bye laws pertaining to Students’ Unions and the  policy and procedures  required .

 

We are looking for an organised and personable individual to join the Student Voice Team.  You will be confident in public speaking to allow you to deliver training and be able to analyse and explain sometimes complex policy documents.
