The new Sabbatical Officer team have taken up their roles at the University of Wolverhampton Students’ Union and are looking forward to the new academic year ahead.
The four person team includes last year’s officer roles of Academic Officer, Community Office and Diversity and sees the role of Union Affairs Officer return for 2019/20.
Speaking during his first month, Ayo Falana, Union Affairs Officer said:
“It is an absolute privilege and an incredible opportunity to lead the officer team this year in arguably what will be another important year for University of Wolverhampton Students’ Union.
“I am immensely proud to have been elected as the Union Affairs Officer and myself and the team are looking forward to helping to lead and shape the Students’ Union for the next academic year, working close with the student community to help enhance the student experience and success!
“I encourage all students to make sure to reach out to myself and the other officers, to work with us to meet the challenges ahead and help revitalise the education landscape.
