LGBT+ History Month is a time to celebrate liberation and promote equality. This year sees the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising in New York and the birth of the modern Pride movement.

What is LGBT+ History Month?

LGBT+ History Month takes place every February.

In the UK we celebrate it every February, dedicating a month full of activities, events and projects to the progress and achievements we have made as a community. We celebrate the national and international contributions of individuals who fought for our civil rights and the rights that we have today.
