Are you finding semester two tough?

The Students’ Union Wellbeing programme, Well @ Wolves have teamed up with WLV Sports to launch a programme of activities to help you look after you mental and physical health.

We are excited to bring an array of activities across City and Walsall Campuses throughout February and are looking to focus on helping you to relax, get active and to try something new!

Stand out events will include:

Baking Workshops – Fancy yourself as the next Mary Berry or simply like to experiment in the kitchen? Then join us every Monday (from 11th) during February in The Chaplaincy, City Campus. Classes start at 2pm.

Guide Dogs ‘Access all Areas’ - Come along and spend the afternoon on 20th February, SU at City Campus from 1pm and see the amazing guide dogs. You'll also be able to find out what they do and how they have changed their owners lives.

Couch 2 5K Beginner Running Sessions -  Grab your trainers and come meet us at the SU at City Campus on Mondays (12pm - 1pm) and Fridays (2pm - 3pm) throughout February.
