About the Role:

Step into a role where every decision you make has a direct impact on students' lives. As Head of Operations, you'll wield the power to transform the Finance, Marketing, and Commercial functions, ensuring they seamlessly align with strategic objectives and values. This is a fast-paced, on-site position where no two days are alike! It's your chance to be a catalyst for change and make a real difference.

Responsibilities:

As the driving force behind operations, you'll:

  • Provide proactive support to the Chief Executive Officer, guiding strategic planning and operational decisions.
  • Step into the CEO's shoes when needed, ensuring seamless continuity in leadership.
  • Champion increased student engagement through clear messaging and communication strategies.
  • Safeguard the financial health of the Students' Union through expert stewardship.
  • Lead the development of the business plan, aligning it with the strategic vision.
