- Competitive Pay: £23,800.00 FTE . Your monthly salary will be paid on the basis of (25) hours per week ( irrespective of the actual hours worked up to the contracted 1300 hours per annum.

The main tasks and responsibilities of this role will be to support the Bar Manager with the day-to-day operations in the bar and Deli, managing resources, and supervising employees. Including set up, close-down, food preparation, cleaning, customer service and stock control.
You will also oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to standardised recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
You should have high standards and an eye for detail. Be hard working, energetic and confident, we're looking for candidates with excellent organisational and time management skills.
You'll need to have flexibility as your hours will be rostered to operational need to correspond with low, medium and high (peak) periods.
The ideal candidate would have a previous catering experience within a commercial kitchen or similar environment and experience of supervising a team.
