Meditation has become one of the simplest and yet most effective ways to relieve stress, anxiety, and improve their overall quality of life. Don’t forget to take some ‘you’ time during your Welcome to Wolves and learn relaxing techniques to take with you through your University journey.

For the session you must put your camera on to be involved due to insurance purposes. If you do not have your camera on you will be unable to take part in the session.
