Oxford, the City of Dreaming Spires, is famous the world over for its university and place in history.

For over 800 years, Oxford has been a home to royalty and scholars, and since the 9th Century an established town, although

people are known to have lived in the area for thousands of years.

The university dates back to the 12th Century and is made up of 39 colleges today, each with its own governing body. More recently, one of the colleges has been used as a principal location in the

Harry Potter films.

It is easy to explore on foot with shops aplenty and museums to explore.

For this trip, we have arranged a two-hour tour with the knowledgeable “Blue Badge Guides”. Save any questions you may have about Oxford and its history for them!
