Set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, on the banks of the river Avon, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the UK.

Apart from the five houses connected to William Shakespeare and his family that you can visit, there are many more points of historic

interest to be discovered just by walking through the town. The town is easy to explore and there are plenty of things to see including modern shops, old-fashioned buildings, some with unusual features such as terracotta dragons on roofs and the beautiful River Avon.

For this trip we have arranged a two-hour tour with the knowledgeable “Blue Badge Guides”. Save any questions you may have about the town and its history for them!
