The Physical Activity Referral Programme enables you to look after your own wellbeing by accessing WLV gym classes and fitness suites 5 times in this 2-week period free of charge. This excludes gym buddies, which you can access for free during your 2-week period. Your 2 weeks start from the day you complete the referral form.
To refer yourself to the programme, drop in to speak to Heather at City SU on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10 and 4pm. Your 2 weeks starts on the day you refer yourself.
