This workshop focusses on basic breathing and mindfulness strategies to support you in managing those difficult thoughts and emotions that get in the way of relaxing. This workshop is ideal for those looking for simple ways to manage stress, anxiety and low mood. Each session comes at a small cost of £2.50 (payable on the day).
