#GiveItaGo Food and Mood

Why not give Food and Mood a go! This is a taster session of the Well@Wolves 3 week Food and Mood course.

Specific foods directly affect brain chemicals and eating patterns affect blood sugar levels, both of which play a role in mood levels. Evidence suggests that good nutrition is essential for our mental health and that a number of mental health conditions may be influenced by dietary factors. The Food and Mood explores the relationship between what you eat and how you feel, including tips on how to incorporate healthy eating into your life.

We will be running the full Food and Mood course as part of Well@Wolves. Keep an eye on the Well@Wolves website for upcoming courses
