Why not give The Happiness Project a go! This is a taster session of the Well@Wolves 4 week Happiness Project.

Your happiness matters. People who are happy not only enjoy life more and are more resilient they also tend to have more and better relationships, are physically healthier, are more engaged and do better at work. These are just a few of the benefits recent research has revealed. Even small actions really can help lead to a happier you, and that contributes to a happier world around you. This group explores new and different ways to improve your happiness and help you feel more fulfilled. You can make a difference – we all can.
