Mindfulness Workshop with Sarah Bruce (SU Boardroom)
Wolves Theatre Tour (meet outside Arena Theatre)  

12 noon – 2pm
Emotional Resilience Workshop with Clare Dickens (SU Boardroom)
2 x 30 Minute Relaxation Sessions (12.15 and 12.45 starts) with Uni Counselling Services (MD106)  

2-3pm
Guided Meditation with the Mindspace Society (SU Boardroom)
Tour of Wolverhampton Art Gallery (meet at Art Gallery Reception)
