My name is Gurpreet and I stand before you with a commitment to advancing our academic excellence within our esteemed university. I am currently a Geography student with great ambition to changing the environmental world and ensuring a sustainable future to secure the success for many years to come.
As a candidate standing for the position of Vice President Academic, I am driven to providing and supplying an academic experience with students’ voices at the core of our learning environment. The vision I have in place is to enhance our dynamic learning that will empower all students. This will allow our university to thrive with an enriched support faculty and cutting edge learning throughout students’ time at university that can further support their career paths in future as well. I believe this can be achieved with strategic leadership, innovation and collaborative effects across our local and national boards. I aspire to elevate this our institution to new lengths.
I hope to change the dynamic of our academic institution to allow us to flourish in the career paths we choose and develop skills that will carry us in life. With the vast experience gathered as a geography student I wish to share that amongst our students and ensure a positive learning environment that will prepare us to exceed expectations and success.
