“Make them feel at home“

Hi,

My name is Adekunle Ibrahim, A Postgraduate student of Business Administration and I would be running for the SU under Vice President Community, your support and encouragement would be needed for all this to be successful..

My key aims and objectives are:

Enhancing Students Voice;
The most important part of this role is listening to students and what it is they really want. After speaking to many students a number of aims for this role would be:
Course mentors where students willing to share their knowledge can support students across all year groups,
Lecture office hours to be included on timetable and app so students are precisely aware when each lecturer is available.

Increased support for international students and our students based across the globe, following on with a focus on internationalisation and culture development I hope to
increase and enhance international student experience.
Continue to work with students in Walsall and Telford campuse to develop the student voice to make it effective and beneficial for all students.

Ensure regular face to face support for areas of concern.

University encompasses individuals from different facet of life. Having the key knowledge of the community you reside is cogent in living a stress-free study life and I will be working with the local council and the relevant bodies in the institution to ensure you are catered for, to ensure your experience in the university will be the best and ensure your education year/years at the University of Wolverhampton is hitch-free. You are the best and together, we can do it.

Thanks
