MISS NISHALINI RAVINDRAN

What experience do you have that will help you in this role?

I have a plethora of experience in this field, having worked as a course rep during my first and second year and a faculty rep fpr tje last two years. this i have identified the key concerns in our faculty and will be able to enhance your experience by conquering these issues over this year.

What made you want to nominate yourself for this position?

I am an enthusiastic individual, always looking to improve our current student experience. Each one of you is filled with your opinions and ideas which fuel my passion to collaborate with you and cater your university experience accordingly for our faculty.

What do you think is the biggest issue students face in your faculty and how would you try to help resolve it?

Our biggest issue is communication within the faculty. I would improve this through regular course rep meetings and by feeding back problems to necessary members of staff.

Describe a time you created change or had a positive impact that benefited other people.

I have conquered several faculty rep issues in the past regarding exams, where formal complaints were put in for an exam that was failed by the majority. The exam was then changed for the following years. This helped numerous students across over faculty.
