Candidate for the position of NUS Conference Delegate

What experience do you have that will help you in this role?

I have good team leading skills, as I have took part in lots of group projects.

What made you want to nominate yourself for this position?

I feel like I'm a good representation as a student as I am third year so have good experience and can help people with their problems.

How would you engage with students before representing them nationally at NUS Conference?

Lecture shout outs, emails to students on my course and general outreach.

Describe a time you created change or had a positive impact that benefited other people.

Studying civil engineering I am the only female on my course, so I do try and encourage other females to pursue a career in engineering and become an inspiration.
