What experience do you have that will help you in this role?

I have experience as a course rep. I reported all concerns from relevant students and referred the data to the relevant positions. I have an understand of what students may be concerned with.

What made you want to nominate yourself for this position?

The position offers experience I may not get elsewhere. Such and similar experience may be requested by future employers. If I am successful I may have a better chance of employment. Also, being a student myself I know how important the role is and understand how it benefits students time here.

What do you think is the biggest issue students face in your faculty and how would you try to help resolve it?

The biggest issue students may face differs depending on the individuals. Generally speaking, as the course is theoretical students may struggle in locating relevant journals and books to aid them in their studies. Also, not interpreting the study briefs correctly is a concern students have.

Describe a time you created change or had a positive impact that benefited other people.

In my foundation year my colleagues had communication issues due to language barriers between the lecture and themselves, his affected their understandings of the modules. So I stayed back after lectures and seminars and explained the modules and assignments to my colleagues.
