We are looking for Activities Assistants to support the growth of societies, academic societies, volunteering and student led activity across Wolves Students’ Union.
As an Activities Assistant, you will help students understand how to get involved, start new societies, attend events and try something new. You will support workshops, classroom visits, engagement stalls, Welcome Week activity and society projects that help students build community, confidence and connection.
You will also help with practical society admin, including room bookings, forms, records, reminders, webpages and general student queries. Alongside this, you will create content that celebrates student activity, including society spotlights, volunteering stories, photos, videos, newsletters and social media posts.
