Welcome to the Pool Society at the University of Wolverhampton, a relaxed and social space for anyone who enjoys playing pool, whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned player.

Our society is all about bringing people together through friendly competition, shared interests, and good vibes around the table. Whether you’re looking to improve your game, meet new people, or just unwind after a long day, you’ll find your place here.

What We Do

• Weekly Sessions – Join us every Monday from 5pm on campus or at a local venue.
• Adhoc Meet Ups – Members regularly arrange extra games throughout the week whenever people are free.
• Casual Competitions & Mini Leagues – Friendly tournaments running across the term.
• Themed Nights & Social Events – Fun, relaxed events and inter society matches.
• Trips & Tournaments – Occasional visits to local pool halls and competitions.

Cost

Once you've paid your yearly membership of £5, most weekly sessions will be free or low cost, with occasional events and trips kept affordable to ensure accessibility for all members.
