Overview

Join us at the University of Wolverhampton as we welcome Shaun McEntee on the first leg of his 100 mile journey from Aggborough Stadium in Kidderminster to Anfield in Liverpool, in memory of Aaron Mills.

Aaron tragically lost his life to meningitis in January while home from university for Christmas. An incredible young man with so much potential, Aaron’s final act of kindness was to donate several vital organs, helping to save and improve the lives of others. His beautiful heart beats on.

Aaron’s family have been raising awareness of meningitis and campaigning for the MenB vaccine for university students. Aaron’s story has helped influence the government’s decision to protect students going to university this year.

Shaun will be taking on the challenge over five days, visiting universities along the way to raise awareness and encourage students to book their free MenB vaccination.
