Faith. Friendship. Community.
The Islamic Students’ Society at the University of Wolverhampton is a welcoming and supportive community for Muslim students to connect, make friends, and celebrate culture and faith together.
Our aim is to create a safe and inclusive space on campus where students can strengthen their faith, share experiences, and build lasting friendships. Everyone is welcome — whether you’re practising, exploring, or simply interested in learning more about Islam and Muslim culture.
We host regular social and faith-based events throughout the year, including:
Social Gatherings & Guest Speaker Events – Relax, connect, and learn together.
Mosque Visits & Cultural Activities – Explore local community spaces and traditions.
Iftar Events During Ramadan – Share meals, reflection, and togetherness.
The society meets around twice a month, offering a balanced mix of fun, faith, and friendship.
Build a Supportive Muslim Community – Strengthen unity and belonging on campus.
Encourage Learning & Dialogue – Promote understanding and respect across all faiths and backgrounds.
Celebrate Faith & Culture – Highlight the beauty of Islamic traditions through inclusive events and activities.
Join the Islamic Students’ Society and find a home where friendship, faith, and community come together.
