The University of Wolverhampton Students' Union is your Students' Union. We exist to represent students, support your time at university, and ensure transparency in how decisions are made.

Below you can find information on how the Students' Union is governed, how we are regulated, and how our finances are managed.

Your Students' Union is governed by a Constitution. This includes our Memorandum and Articles of Association, Bye Laws, regulations, and Codes of Conduct.

Charity and Company Accounts

As a registered charity and company, the Students' Union reports its finances annually to the Charities Commission and Companies House.

Our primary funder is the University of Wolverhampton, supported by income generated through activities such as the Walsall SU Lounge and business development. All profits are reinvested into student services.
