The improvement of the University and the courses is based on the feedback. As a Postgraduate Engagement Officer I will form new ways to be close to the students and ask their opinion, listen to their problems and help them.
It is important to note, that, the most of the postgraduates are working students and international students. Thus they need someone to understand them and inform them of events and opportunities arise, from SU, which they can participate as part-time students.
Every student and especially a postgraduate need a friendly, kind and reliable person, like me, to trust.
