Once your society is set up you will need to use the following forms to organize your events and activities. If you need any help or advice with completing these forms please contact the Student Activities Officer. Completed forms should be returned to the Activities Centre Reception Point.

Freedom of Speech forms are only available in person from the Activities Centre
