I am a Level 5 History and Politics student and I have a passion for the environment.
I am vegan and a member of Greenpeace so I already have knowledge in the area and actively promote environmental sustainability.
I already help out with the University Allotment (Dig In) in Walsall Campus and in post will try and make this society flourish.
Also, I will be reviewing many aspects of the University's green policies I f I am elected, for example:
I will try and resolve the issue of the learning Centres having all of its lights on 24/7.
I will make sure there are enough recycling bins around all campuses and also water machines that are user friendly.
I will be involved in NUS Switch Off Campaign to help students save money by being more environmental.
Push for all campuses to be as environmentally sustainable as possible.
