The University of Wolverhampton Students’ Union is inviting proposals from suitably experienced organisations and consultants to support the development of our new Strategic Plan.

We are looking for a partner who can help shape our organisation's future through meaningful stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and organisational development.

The successful supplier will work closely with our Trustee Board, Chief Executive Officer, Sabbatical Officers, staff, students and key stakeholders to develop a clear, ambitious and deliverable strategy.

What we're looking for

We welcome proposals from organisations and individuals with experience in strategic planning, organisational development and stakeholder engagement.

Experience within higher education, students’ unions, charities or membership organisations would be advantageous.

The commission is expected to include strategic discovery, stakeholder engagement, facilitated workshops, strategic development and an implementation framework.

The anticipated project duration is approximately 4–6 months.
