Wolverhampton had a strong culture of heavy metal music. As the city has gone to the dogs the last ten years. Very little happens by way of bands touring here any more.

The city centre is sorely lacking in the subculture groups it used to attract, which were very good for business.

Who am I kidding with this. \m/ forever

3:09pm on 29 Apr 19 While I am a fan of the band, I can't see this being practical. Slipknot sell out arenas, it wouldn't make sense for them to play in such a small venue. Their management probably wouldn't even consider it. I'm sure they'll be playing in Birmingham at some point, could get a bunch of fans together from the uni and see them in Brum.
