8:54pm on 15 Feb 19 When lecturers ask for assignments to be printed out it not only costs a lot of money it is also time consuming. Having to commute in just to print and hand in an assignment is a huge waste of time.

1:22pm on 10 Feb 19 Connor raises a valid point and I feel the best solution would be to provide, for example, £20 of free printing credit to every student each year. No-one is going to realistically use that much, but it'll also stop people from just using the printer excessively because they can.

5:31pm on 8 Feb 19 Has anyone thought of an easier way to top up our print accounts, you have to go through a very lengthy process which takes a lot of time up that could be better spend studying? I have seen other institutes that use contactless systems so then you can use your credit card or your phone to pay. I have heard of systems such as Papercut and Inepro that help you to check your ballance and to top up your account, could these systems be intergrarted on to our student cards?

6:16pm on 6 Feb 19 I'd support the School of Arts getting free printing. That's a reasonable request, especially since the STEM courses are essentially funded by the liberal arts courses. Giving free printing to everyone would just lead to people taking advantage of the system and printing War and Peace every other day.
