Our university email is accessible to everyone in the university. This means that you can search for anyone in the university and send them an email including other students. I consent to the university administration and the relevant tutors to have knowledge of our email but not other students in the entire university. I think this breaks out GDPR rights.

2:28am on 13 Jan 19 I think when a student enrols the option to not have your university email available in search and should only be readily available to staff. You should have the option to change your mind at any stage.
