Explanation

The Animal Man visits improve wellbeing and general happiness amongst students. I propose that the SU arrange more visits by the Animal Man. I for one would be happy if this were the only type of event put on all year.
(And of course, make sure he brings Sam the tortoise!)

9:25pm on 11 Jan 19 I want more animal visits! It's not just stressful at exam periods but assignments as well and having something to take your mind off and relax is good for mental health. Also who doesn't enjoy playing with animals and interacting with them. There wonderful and comforting to be in there environment especially since we cannot have pets at the accommodations!

1:53pm on 27 Nov 18 Although voting has closed we need to look at the moral side of this. Is it suitable for these animals to be repetitivly exploited into a loud, unorganised environment just for one blokes profit. There's plenty of animal sanctuarys that can offer a similar service without the exploitation and you know the union money will end up funding those animals again.
