Keeping you Well@Wolves

Well@Wolves is the Students’ Union health and wellbeing provision. Well@Wolves is a programme of events and activities that helps you to look after your health and wellbeing. Well@Wolves essentially consists of 3 key areas; FeelWell, LiveWell and StudyWell. Everything we do will generally fit within one of these categories. This year we’re running weekly craft activities, baking groups and cooking sessions, as well as plenty of events including the Colour Run, the Santa Run, World Mental Health Day Tea Party, The Animal Man and Doggy De-stress with the Guide Dogs UK.

Well@Wolves has a number of external organisations who run weekly and monthly drop in’s here at University making it easier for you to get support. There’s also plenty of useful self-help resources on our website under the categories; FeelWell, LiveWell and StudyWell.
