Keeping you Well at Wolves
Well@Wolves is a programme of events and activities that helps you to look after your health and wellbeing. Well@Wolves essentially consists of 3 key areas; FeelWell, LiveWell and StudyWell. Everything we do will generally fit within one of these categories. In 2018/19 Well@Wolves ran activities like therapeutic arts and craft sessions, cooking workshops, baking sessions, couch 2 5k, gym buddies sessions, ‘Look After Your Mate’ training and plenty of exam de-stress events over the exam period.
Well@Wolves has a number of external organisations who run weekly and monthly drop in’s here at University making it easier for you to get support. They're are also plenty of useful self-help resources on our website under the catagories; FeelWell, LiveWell and StudyWell.
