Keeping you Well at Wolves
Well@Wolves is a programme of events and activities that helps you to look after your physical and mental wellbeing. Well@Wolves essentially consists of 3 key areas; FeelWell, LiveWell and StudyWell. Everything we do around health and wellbeing will generally fit within one of these categories.
Over the summer months our external drop in providers will continue to provide support at University through drop in sessions and bookable one to one appointments. The full programme of activities and events kicks off again in September with a range of new and exciting activities for 2018/19 including Couch to 5K and Healthy Cooking workshops.
