Want to get involved with activities and event to help make semester two more fun?
The Students’ Union Wellbeing programme, Well @ Wolves have teamed up with WLV Sport to launch a programme of activities to help you look after you mental and physical health as you chip away at writing essays and preparing for exams!
We are excited to bring an array of activities across City, Telford and Walsall Campuses throughout March and are looking to focus on helping you to relax, get active and to try something new!
Stand out events will include:
Baking Workshops – Fancy yourself as the next Mary Berry or simply like to experiment in the kitchen? Then join us every Monday (from 4th) during March in The Chaplaincy (next to MX Building), City Campus. Classes start at 2.30pm.
Guide Dogs ‘Access all Areas’ - Come along and spend the afternoon on Wednesday 6th March from 12pm at The SU @ Walsall Campus and see the amazing guide dogs. You'll also be able to find out what they do and how they have changed their owners lives.
Couch 2 5K Beginner Running Sessions - Following on from the success of our running group, we’re urging everyone to keep up good habbits. Make sure to grab your trainers and come meet us at the SU at City Campus on Mondays (12pm - 1pm) throughout March.
Jump around with us at Airea 51 on Thursday 7th March from 6pm in Telford. Entry is only £3.00 and will be a great way to burn some energy while having fun with your mates!
Talking may be more of your thing, so why not get chatty at the Conversation Café taking place Tuesday 19th March from 11am in Starbucks, City Campus.
