The EU Settlement Scheme has been created to allow EU citizens the right to continue to reside, work & study in the UK.
The UK has now left the European Union (EU). The EU Settlement Scheme has been created to allow EU citizens the right to continue to reside, work and study in the UK, as long as you were here before the UK left the EU on 31 December 2020. Once you obtain Pre-settled or Settled status through the scheme, there will be no restrictions on you studying in the UK. Applying for the EU Settlement Scheme is free and can be done inside or outside the UK.
You can apply via the Government website. You can apply using any device such as laptop, phone or tablet. The deadline to apply for the scheme is the 30 June 2021.
Please note, if you do not apply for the EU Settlement scheme by 30th June 2021, you will be required to demonstrate your right to study in another format, which may include applying for an appropriate visa through the points-based immigration system in order to study in the UK. You may need to leave the UK in order to apply for the appropriate visa.
Therefore, we strongly advise that you apply for the EU Settlement Scheme as soon as possible if you are eligible. For advice and guidance on applying for the EU Settlement Scheme, please contact email@example.com now where a Visa and Immigration Support Officer will assist you.
