This role provides a real opportunity to showcase the Students’ Union and we are looking for someone who can propose, plan, support and manage a wide range of live events across the academic year that support the continued growth of the Students’ Union and funds greater reach and impact for our students.  Key events include Freshers, elections and income generating activities.  You will work with your team, colleagues and students to use insight, innovation, branding and marketing techniques to put the Student’s Union at the centre of a thriving, diverse community of students.

We are looking for a confident individual who is educated to degree level, with proven knowledge and experience of events management practices (live and on-line) and who understands issues of diversity and inclusivity when running events.  You must be highly organised, be able work independently and with drive to ensure that all tasks are completed and events are delivered successfully.
