About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, personable and versatile individual who is able to work on their own initiative as well as work as part of a team. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and the role will include supervision of the Bar & Café operation and the Bar & Café Team, maintaining the highest product standards and ensuring excellent customer service. You will need to be flexible, organised and have experience of working in a similar setting.
