Senior Adviser role (Fixed Term 12 month)

About the Senior Adviser role

We are looking for a Senior Adviser to provide advice and guidance to students who have encountered difficulties whilst at University, whilst leading a team of fellow advisers and bringing together themes and trends from this work to improve the overall student experience.

We are seeking an individual who can lead as well as thrive as part of a team and who has previously delivered advice and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and the ability to see patterns emerging from a set of casework and appreciates the organisations values.
