Well@Wolves has teamed up with the YMCA Changing UR Health 4 Life to bring you a weekly exercise class which is completely FREE of charge for all WLV students and you DO NOT need have a gym membership to come along.

If you enjoy working out individually, as part of a community or need a little extra motivation, then the CUH4L Community FitClub will give you the drive to keep reaching towards your goals.With workouts specialising in; fat-burning, muscle growth and definition, cardio and all round fitness, there is something for everybody. This is suitable for all abilities.

Don't forget to bring a drink and wear comfortable clothng and supportive trainers.
