The third Monday of January has been awarded the gloomy title ' Blue Monday' due to a combination of post-Christmas blues, cold dark nights and the arrival of unpaid credit card bills. To help you combat the January Blues we're running a week long programme of activities to help you chill out, get creative and settle back into University life.
