Mindfulness Course

Wednesday 31 January 2018, 4pm - 6pm
Chaplaincy

Do you feel that you are constantly worrying about the future or spend too much time thinking about the past?

Mindfulness is a technique to help you feel more in the moment by reconnecting with your body and the sensations that your body experience. By being aware with what is happening around us it can help us understand ourselves better.

This eight week course aims to help you achieve mindfulness, it is a first-come-first-serve basis. To book, please email lou.langford@wlv.ac.uk. Please note you will need to have a meeting with Lou beforehand.
