#GiveItaGo Self-Care Starter Kit
Self-care is the actions we undertake to look after ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally. Self-care is what nourishes us personally; the things we do that comfort us, calm us, and make us feel good. This workshop looks at what self-care is, helps you to create your own personalised set of actions and help you to think about how you might start to incorporate them into your regular routine.
