Welcome from your Students' Union President

The University of Wolverhampton Students’ Union is run by students for students. In other words, it’s YOUR Union and we are here to make sure you get the most out of your time as a student.

Many people think the Students’ Union is just about a discount card – well that’s important, especially when money’s tight, but we provide much more than that. We offer opportunities to get involved in social and sporting activities, we provide advice and support for you on all matters affecting you as a student, and we develop your skills to increase your chances of success in the job market.

We truly value the diverse make-up of our students. Whether you’re living at home, on campus or in halls, whether you’re an international, part-time, full-time, disabled or mature student – we work with you and for you.

So whether you want to join a club or society, put on an event, campaign for students’ rights, access professional advice, or simply find a place to chill in a comfy and safe environment – come to the Union, your home away from home.

This is an exciting time for us, as we’ll soon have a brand new Union building on Walsall Campus. Come and visit us in WS Building and check out your new facilities and meet your elected Officers, or pop by the SU in MD building on City Campus and say hello.
