Defined Area reps are appointed within each school at the beginning of the academic year by other students or members of academic staff.
Let your award leader know if you are interested in nominating yourself as a representative of your course, level or cohort.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
We intend to offer the following to students who attend training and take on the role of a rep*:
- Prize draw worth £200 for reps who attend training
- £50 award for defined area rep of the year in each School
- Improve communication within each subject area
- Improve your CV by developing skills
- Social events especially for reps
- Opportunity to make a difference to the running of your course
