School and Defined Area Reps
In this section you can find out what the role of a student rep is and how to become one.
At the University of Wolverhampton there are School reps and Defined Area reps.
- School reps are elected through the student body to represent all students in their school. There are 11 positions available: one in each School.
- Defined Area reps are usually appointed (or elected) to represent students at, for example, course level.
Why not become a student rep and have a say in the running of your course or school?
The involvement of students in the assessment of course quality is an established part of the University's procedures. Student representatives bring a different perspective and voice ideas that might otherwise have been left unsaid.
