You may wish to get independent advice if you are in dispute with your landlord/ local council/ benefits agency etc.
The Advice and Support Centre at the Students' Union or the Citizens Advice Bureau and other free independent advice centres can usually help with most problems although the Advisers in ASC are not trained to give legal advice.
