As part of our MAP campaign the University Counselling Service is running two short Relaxation Sessions on Wednesday 14th January aimed to help you feel better able to manage things and to feel good about yourself.

The times of these sessions are 12:15- 12:45 and 1:00- 1:30 in the Harrison Learning Centre.
